How to place a custom-made order
Step 1
Email us to place a custom-made order. In the email tell us what item or items you have in mind for the order. Please also provide us your delivery address for the order.
Do not purchase the fabrics for the custom-made order just yet.
Step 2
We will contact you once we receive your email. We will let you know the quantity of fabrics you would need to purchase for the custom-made order.
An invoice will be sent to you for the payment of the fabrics and custom-made order.
Step 3
Once the payment is cleared and your order is ready, we will contact you and have the order sent to you.
FAQ's
How long will it take for your items to be ready?
Our seamstress is located locally in Auckland. Your items will take 2 to 4 weeks to be made and ready from the date your order is paid. An extra week or more for the item to be delivered to you, depending on how busy the delivery company is at that time.
I changed my mind about the order. Can I return or exchange the custom made items?
Custom-made items are specially made for your requirements and measurements. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchange for them.
Can I use your sewing service for any fabrics I have at home?
Our sewing service is offered for our customers who purchase our fabrics.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer domestic shipping for custom made orders New Zealand wide. Shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the item. We will include the shipping cost in the invoice when you place your order.
